When and where is the Dancer event?
The Destined to Dance LITURGICAL/MIME Workshop takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 9 a.m. The Destined to Dance/MIME Workshop.
What is the conference schedule?
The Destined to Dance LITURGICAL /MIME Workshop begins on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. For dancers performing on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 12 pm, you will have a rehearsal in order to prepare for the Saturday afternoon service.
What do I wear?

All participants will need to dress comfortably; *comfortable clothing includes workout attire.
*Please note that shorts, spaghetti-strapped tops, and revealing tops (showing cleavage, back, and/or midriff) are not allowed.

Do I bring dance garments?
Yes, please bring the dance attire of your choice for the concert presentation. Please note that we are asking all participants to bring an overlay of any color or style. This will be worn during the dance presentation.

What is the age limit?
Dancers, ages 13 and up, can participate in the Destined to Dance LITURGICAL/MIME Workshop. For all dancers between the ages of 13 to 17, you will need to assign one chaperone per five minors. The chaperone must be an adult dancer who is able to stay with the minors during the duration of the Destined to Dance LITURGICAL/MIME Workshop.

Will I get to dance during the service?
Yes, all participants will have the opportunity to dance at The SRIYD Youth Rally service on Saturday afternoon as part of the grand finale presentation (See question number 8).

Do we dance barefoot or in shoes?
Whether you opt to dance barefoot or in shoes is your personal choice.

Is there a separate class for the teenagers?
No, all participants, ages 13 and up, will rotate classes altogether.

Do I bring anything special for the mime classes?
Yes, please bring black pants, a shirt, and socks with your own mime makeup and white gloves.

What do I wear for the Saturday performance at The Regional Rally?
Please bring all-black attire. You can wear either pants or a skirt with a black top, such as a leotard, unitard, or T-shirt. We are asking all participants to bring an overlay of any color or style. This will be worn during the dance presentation.
