Your food truck must have everything you need to operate. You are required to keep your area free of debris and to dispose of waste properly. At the end of the night, your area will be inspected. Failure to clean your area will disqualify you from future bookings with us. Ensure that your offerings have prices posted, which must be visible to the public on signage that is professional in appearance and size.

 

COSTS:

$100 - Friday or Saturday

$200 - Friday and Saturday

FULL AMOUNT DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING 

 

TIME:

Southern Region IYD hours of operation are:

• Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

• Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.​

Food truck vendors may arrive as early as 4:30 p.m., but no later than 7:00 p.m. No food orders should be taken after 12:00 a.m. on Friday or after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, to allow time for clean-up, etc.

CANCELLATION, DRINKS & REFUND POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

I understand that there is a strict no-cancellation policy. Cancellations may jeopardize my ability to participate in future booking events or any other partner events we are involved in. Spots are considered filled once they are fully paid for, and payment is non-refundable.

No alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks or water may be sold or included with meal purchases.
